Materials Needed: Crochet Needle, and Scissors (optional)
- Place Glam Hair Tinsel over a small section of hair.
- Pinch the hair against the crown of your head.
- Pinch the top of the hair.
- Take your crochet needle, facing you.
- Place the open latch onto the hair.
- Create a loop with the crochet needle
