All orders ship same day if placed before 5 p.m. EST Monday - Friday unless there is a fraudulent warning or shipping address error. We never ship during weekends or holidays.  All shipments have real time tracking and verified tracking numbers so you can track your items 24/7 with delivery confirmation.

When shipped, orders will take a few hours to update tracking. You will get a shipping confirmation once shipped.

What is Shipsi?

We are happy to introduce our newest shipping carrier, Shipsi, to the Tri-State area. This carrier service offers instant delivery to our customers within a 10 mile radius of our flagship salon in SoHo, NYC.

As long as the item is in stock at the salon and your order is placed before the shipping cutoff, our Shipsi carrier will get your extensions to you same-day!

Eligible orders will populate the Shipsi shipping method at checkout. Orders placed after the cut-off time or on Sunday will be shipped the next business day.

Can I cancel or change an order after I've placed it?

Getting your order to you with speed and accuracy is our top priority. Once you submit an order, the shipment process begins immediately and we are unable to honor requests for item changes or order cancellations. Once you have received your order, we would be happy to assist you with an exchange or return. Please note, Glam Seamless is not liable to provide a return shipping label or refund shipping fees. Glam Seamless cannot assume liability for packages not received due to an incorrect shipping address.

Glam Seamless is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

We offer shipping protection via Route. The cost is only a small portion of your total order. By selecting this option in the cart, your order will be protected from loss, damage, or theft and help you easily resolve order issues.

Why was my package returned to sender? What happens to my order?

Packages can be returned to sender for various reasons:
- Incorrect Address
- Unclaimed Package
- Carrier cannot access address
- Too many failed delivery attempts

If your package has been returned to sender please contact our customer concierge team via email at support@glamseamless.com or give us a call at 888-401-6161. If your package is received back to our warehouse without notice Glam Seamless will attempt to reship your order to the provided address. If the order is retuned to sender for a second time a refund will be issued.

SHIPPING GUARANTEE

Glam Seamless offers Shipping Guarantee on all orders that are delayed more than 24 hours then promised by the carrier. If your shipment has not arrived within the time frame chosen at check out with a 24 hour buffer time frame, a refund will be provided to the card used to complete the purchase with us!

FedEx 2 Business Day = 4th Business Day

Priority 2-3 Business Day = 5th Business Day

Standard 2-10 Business Day = 12th Business Day

Express International 2-4 Business Day = 6th Business Day

Standard International 7-15 Business Day = 17th Business Day

Why does my parcel not qualify for a refund?

To request your shipping refund, email directly to our Customer Concierge team at support@glamseamless.com or give us a call (888)-401-6161. A request will be submitted to our accounting department and will be reviewed by the following business day. Once a refund has been processed, a confirmation email is sent.
